Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Saurkraut, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Cheese, grated
  • 4 oz Corned Beef, sliced and finely diced
  • 3 oz Cream Cheese, softened

Directions

    Combine and heat all ingredients in small saucepan over low heat until hot.

    If dip is too thick, add 2 or 3 Tbsps of milk to thin a bit.

    Serve with warmed Rye or Pumpernickel bread or bread sticks.
