- FOR THE CUPCAKE:
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 1-1/4 cup Sugar
- 5 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 whole Oranges, Zested
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Milk

- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 1 cup Butter, Softened
- 5 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cups Orange Crush Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Orange Flavored Extract
Directions

1To make cupcakes, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and zest of 2 oranges. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Add in milk.

2Fill muffin cups 2/3 full (I use paper cup liners). Bake for about 20 minutes.

3Meanwhile to make frosting, beat butter until fluffy. Add in powdered sugar, orange Crush and orange extract. Beat for about 4-5 minutes. Frost cupcakes when cooled. Enjoy!
