Orange-Date-Nut Cake

   butter and sugar together.

   Add eggs; beat for 1 minute on medium speed.

   Cut and roll dates in 1 cup flour and mix

   with butter,

   sugar

   eggs. Stir

   together and add buttermilk. Stir

    nuts, dates and orange peel.

    Fills one Bundt pan and 6 muffin tins.

    Bake at 300° until done.
