- 1 large orange Jell-O
- 2 jars pimento cheese
- 2 small cans crushed pineapple
- 3/4 bag miniature marshmallows
- 1 large Cool Whip
Directions

1Drain pineapple; pour juice in cup and fill to 2 cups.

2Boil and pour over Jell-O.

3Refrigerate until almost jelled.

4Mix pineapple, cheese and marshmallows together; set aside.

5When Jell-O is almost jelled, beat with mixer until fluffy.

6Add 1/2 of Cool Whip; mix on low speed.

7Add to pineapple mixture by hand. Stir in remaining Cool Whip.
