  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch, plus
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 12 water
  • 14 cup lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon orange zest
  • 12 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind
  • fresh fruit

Directions

    In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir in the orange juice, water, lemon juice, and orange and lemon peel until blended.

    Bring to a boil; cook and stir or 2 minutes or until thickened.

    Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
