- 4 halibut steaks, cut 1-inch thick (about 2 lb. total)
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. grated ginger root
- 1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Directions

1Place fish in a single layer on a greased unheated rack of a broiler pan.

2Brush fish with half of the margarine.

3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Broil fish 4-inches from heat for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, turning fish once and brushing with remaining margarine.
