- 1 (3 to 4 lb.) boneless fully cooked buffet ham
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- whole cloves (optional)
Directions

1Place ham on

2a rack in a shallow roasting pan.

3Insert meat thermometer. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.

4Stud ham with cloves, if desired.

5Combine orange juice concentrate, brown sugar and mustard.

6Brush on ham.

7Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes to 1 hour or until thermometer registers 140°, basting occasionally.

8Yields 12 to 16 servings.
