  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 mandarin orange
  • 12 carrot, shredded
  • 4 -5 radishes
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or 1 tablespoon cherry balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Remove stems from kale and tear into bite site pieces.

    Shred carrot.

    Slice radishes in half and then into slices.

    Cut orange in half and cut skins from half segments.

    Toss vegetables and orange.

    Separately combine vinegar, oil, lemon juice, and salt.
