- 2 lemons
- 1 grapefruit
Directions

1Put oranges through meat chopper.

2Add juice and pulp from lemons and grapefruit.

3Measure; add 3 cups water for each cup of fruit.

4Bring to a boil.

5Simmer for 20 minutes.

6Remove from heat and let stand until next day.

7Next day, measure and allow 7/8 cup sugar for each cup of fruit.

8Bring to boil.

9Add sugar.

10Cook rapidly until it will jell.
