Salsa Bean Salad

- 2 (15 oz.) cans black beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 large green pepper in strips
- 3/4 c. salsa
- 1/2 c. nonfat Italian dressing
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 large chopped tomato
Directions

1Rinse and drain all beans.

2Combine all beans, onions and green peppers in large bowl.

3Combine salsa, salad dressing and salt. Add to bean mixture.

4Stir lightly and chill.

5Cover 4 to 24 hours, stirring often.

6Stir in tomato just before serving.

7Serves 10 to 12 people.
