- 1 pkg. nut bread mix
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2/3 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 3 Tbsp. orange marmalade, warmed
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Line muffin pan with paper.

3Combine nut bread mix, orange juice, sour cream, orange peel and egg.

4Stir by hand 50 to 75 times or until mix is moist.

5Spoon batter in muffin pan; sprinkle with almonds.

6Bake for 18 to 25 minutes or until brown.

7Cool 5 minutes, then remove.

8Serve warm.

9Serve with warm marmalade.
