- FOR THE BREAD:
- 2-1/2 cups Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3-1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
- FOR THE GLAZE:
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Orange Juice, Or More If Needed To Reach Glaze Consistency

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 small loaf pans.

2Measure all of the bread ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat at medium speed for 30 seconds. Scrape sides of the bowl constantly. Pour the batter into the prepared pans. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Remove from pans and cool. Drizzle with glaze and sprinkle with colored sugar if desired.

3For the glaze: Combine glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
