  • FOR THE BREAD:
  • 2-1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3-1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • FOR THE GLAZE:
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Orange Juice, Or More If Needed To Reach Glaze Consistency

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 small loaf pans.

    Measure all of the bread ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat at medium speed for 30 seconds. Scrape sides of the bowl constantly. Pour the batter into the prepared pans. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Remove from pans and cool. Drizzle with glaze and sprinkle with colored sugar if desired.
