  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c plain yogurt
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 3/4 c chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1 t grated orange peel
  • 1 c orange juice
  • 1 T sugar

    Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.

    Beat in eggs and yogurt.

    Combine flour and baking soda and stir into the creamed mixture just until blended.
