  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • grated rind or 1 orange

Directions

    Cook the sugar, brown sugar and milk to firm ball (240°). Remove from heat.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Beat until creamy. Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

    Mark into squares.
