  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 c. Cooking Oil
  • 1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix (not pudding mix)
  • 1 small can Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Pineapple, crushed
  • 1 (3 oz.) Instant Vanilla Pudding

    Beat eggs, oranges (with juice) and oil.

    Blend in cake mix. Grease 3 round cake pans.

    Divide cake mixture into pans.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Blend Cool Whip, pineapple and pudding together.

    Spread generous amount between layers and over cake. Refrigerate overnight before cutting.

    Keep refrigerated.
