  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • 1 small box orange Jell-O
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Stir graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted oleo.

    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.

    Mix cream cheese to soften, then add to Jell-O, a little at a time.

    Fold in crushed pineapple; do not drain.

    Add Cool Whip.

    Pour on graham cracker crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
