  • 2 lb. pork chops (6 to 8 chops)
  • garlic salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil

Directions

    Cover with orange juice and sugar; simmer until juice begins sticking to pan.
