  • 2 medium onions
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. tenderizer
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Brown chops on both sides and arrange in a 2-quart casserole. Slice onions to 1/4-inch slices.
