- 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
- 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. apricot jam, strained
- 2 Tbsp. shredded orange peel
- 4 c. Dixie crystal 10x confectioners sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. mace
- 1/4 c. orange juice
Directions

1Cream butter until light and fluffy.

2Gradually add sugar and rind.

3Cream thoroughly.

4Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

5Combine dry ingredients and add gradually to butter mixture.

6Add orange juice and combine thoroughly.

7Turn into buttered and floured 10-inch tube pan.

8Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
