- 2 sticks butter
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs, room temperature
- 1 c. fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3 c. sifted cake flour
Directions

1Beat butter and sugar until creamy.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.

3Add orange juice, beat and then add vanilla.

4Add baking soda to flour.

5Gradually beat in flour and beat well. Pour into greased Bundt pan.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
