- 3 pt. water
- 5 c. sugar
Directions

1Wash and quarter oranges.

3Dissolve the citric acid in water; add sugar and orange pulp.

4Let stand overnight in a crockery jar; strain.

5Cover pulp again with water and let stand for several hours.

6Strain again.
