- 2 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. orange zest
Directions

1In medium saucepan, bring the orange juice to a boil.

2Stir in the butter, sugar and rice, combining well, then cover tightly. Simmer the rice over low heat for about 18 minutes.

3Do not lift the cover or stir.

4Remove from heat.

5Add the orange zest and stir.

6The rice should be tender and the liquid absorbed.
