Ingredients

  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 8 to 10 slices bacon, cooked, or 1 c. ham
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 unbaked 9-inch pastry shells
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Sprinkle crumbled bacon or ham and cheese in pie shells.

    Beat remaining ingredients until blended and pour over cheese and bacon. Bake in a 375° oven for 45 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.

    Cut into wedges and serve hot.
