  • 1-1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
