Orange Rice Cream

- 1 c. uncooked regular white rice
- 6 oranges
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 c. heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Directions

1Make early in day, or one hour before serving.

2Cook rice as label directs; refrigerate.

3Peel orange, cut into sections; reserve 10 sections for decoration; cut rest in half and sprinkle with sugar; refrigerate.

4Just before serving, whip cream stiff and add vanilla.

5Fold in rice and halved orange sections (if very juicy, drain off some juice).

6Arrange in serving dish; decorate with 10 orange sections and chocolate pieces.

7Makes 6 to 8 servings.
