- 3 cups Vegetable Oil, For Frying
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 23 cups Milk
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1- 1/2 pound Chicken Tenders
- 2 cups White Rice, Cooked
- 2 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Sliced Almonds, Toasted
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cups Orange Marmalade
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, Finely Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch, Mixed With 3 Tablespoons Water
Directions

1For the chicken:

2Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350 degrees.

3Mix flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.

4In another shallow dish stir milk and beaten egg together.

5Dredge chicken into flour, egg mixture, and then flour again.

6Shake off excess flour and place in the hot oil; fry until golden brown.

7Drain chicken on a paper-towel-lined plate.

8For the sauce:

9In a medium saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients, cook over medium-high heat until sauce is slightly thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

10To serve, dip chicken into the sauce and place over rice.

11Spoon more sauce over the chicken and rice, sprinkle with a few almonds and green onions.
