- 100 g unsalted butter
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 12 orange, zest of
- 170 g all-purpose flour
- 30 g cornflour
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

2Add in the orange juice and zest and mix well.

3Fold in sieved flours and mix until well combined.

4Press dough together and wrap up in plastic wrap.

5Freeze for 10 minutes.

6Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius Line two baking trays with parchment paper.

7Roll the dough out between 2 plastic sheets to a 5mm thickness.

8Cut out with cookie cutters.

9Place the cut dough on the prepared baking tray.

10Poke some holes on top with a fork.

11Bake in preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden.

12Remove and cool on wire racks.
