Orange Tapioca Salad

  • 2 small boxes vanilla tapioca pudding
  • 1 (3 oz.) box orange Jell-O
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 carton Cool Whip
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges

Directions

    Bring water and orange juice to a boil.

    Add pudding mix. Bring to a full boil for a few seconds, stirring until clear.

    Add Jell-O.

    Stir and then cool well.

    Fold in Cool Whip and drained oranges.

    Chill until ready to serve.

    Can also use fresh oranges, marshmallows and nuts.
