Orange Tapioca Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, drain and reserve juice
  • 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drain and reserve juice
  • 3 c. water and juice from fruit to make 3 c.
  • 2 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix juices, pudding and Jell-O and cook on medium heat until gooey.

    Add fruit and fold in Cool Whip.

    Chill in a clear bowl because it is pretty!

    Will be fluffy at first and then will settle flat on top.
