  • 1 pkg. pie crust mix or your own pie crust
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 pkg. orange flavored gelatin
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. heavy cream or Cool Whip

    Prepare 1 baked 9-inch pie shell as directed.

    While shell bakes, squeeze fruit juices.

    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.

    With electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.

    Beat in sugar, orange and lemon juices, then gradually beat in the gelatin mixture.

    Refrigerate until almost set.

    With electric mixer, whip cream; quickly beat into gelatin mixture.

    Turn into baked pie shell.

    Refrigerate until set.
