- 12 medium navel oranges
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. Grand Marnier or other orange flavored liqueur
- 1 1/2 qt. orange sherbet, softened
Directions

1Get a 1/2-inch slice from the stem end of each orange.

2Scoop out pulp, removing membrane and seeds; reserve orange shells.

3Chop pulp, and drain well.

4Combine pulp, Grand Marnier and sherbet; stir until blended.

5Spoon mixture into orange shells, and place in muffin pans.

6Freeze 8 hours.

7Remove from freezer 20 to 30 minutes before serving.

8Yields 12 servings.
