- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard with honey
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- salt
- 1 cup peanut oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- oregano to taste
Directions

1Blend the mustard, eggs, vinegar, a pinch of salt, and 85 milliliters of peanut oil for about 10 seconds.

2Add the remaining oil little by little, blending for another 10 seconds, until mixture is soft and creamy. If the mixture is too oily, add a little water, and mix a bit more.

3Chop the garlic and oregano, and mix with the mayonnaise.

4Refrigerate until serving.
