  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard with honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • salt
  • 1 cup peanut oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • oregano to taste

Directions

    Blend the mustard, eggs, vinegar, a pinch of salt, and 85 milliliters of peanut oil for about 10 seconds.

    Add the remaining oil little by little, blending for another 10 seconds, until mixture is soft and creamy. If the mixture is too oily, add a little water, and mix a bit more.

    Chop the garlic and oregano, and mix with the mayonnaise.
