  • 1/2 lb. (2 sticks) margarine
  • 2 c. long grain white rice
  • 8 green onions, sliced with stock and bulb used
  • 2 cans beef bouillon
  • 3 cans water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
  • 2 small cans mushroom pieces, drained

Directions

    Saute rice in margarine until light brown (rice).

    Place in 3-quart casserole.

    Add remaining ingredients; cover.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or a little longer.
