- 2 c. long grain white rice
- 8 green onions, sliced with stock and bulb used
- 2 cans beef bouillon
- 3 cans water
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
- 2 small cans mushroom pieces, drained
Directions

1Saute rice in margarine until light brown (rice).

2Place in 3-quart casserole.

3Add remaining ingredients; cover.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour or a little longer.
