- 1 bag Oreo cookies
- 2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 large tub Cool Whip topping
- 1 tsp. powdered sugar
- 1 large chocolate instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Crumble cookies and set aside 1 cup for later use.

2Mix remaining cookies with butter and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 tub Cool Whip topping (with mixer).

4Spread mixture over cookies in pan.

5Mix pudding according to box directions.

6Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture.

7Refrigerate for about 1 hour (to allow pudding to set up).

8Remove and spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle with remaining cookies over Cool Whip for decoration.
