  • 1 regular pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip or more (I use 2 tubs)

Directions

    Melt oleo and add crumbled Oreos except 6 Oreos, crumbled, for top.

    Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour.
