Oreo Cake

Directions

   Crush Oreos and mix with softened butter.

   Pat out in large pan.

   For first layer, mix 1/2 of Cool Whip and cream cheese until smooth.

   For second layer, mix pudding mix and milk together.

   For third layer, top with rest of Cool Whip.

   Refrigerate.
