- 1 lb. Oreo cookies
- 1 c. melted margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 (8 oz.) containers whipped topping
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
Directions

1Crush cookies; measure 1/2 cup and set aside.

2Mix the remaining crumbs with margarine and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate 1 hour.

3Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 container of whipped topping and spread over cookie crust.

4Refrigerate 1 hour. Prepare pudding mix according to directions on package.

5Spread over cheese mixture.

6Refrigerate 1 hour.

7Spread second container of whipped topping over pudding and sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs.

8Garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired.
