  • 1 pkg. Oreo cookies
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) French vanilla pudding
  • 1 medium Cool Whip
  • 2 c. milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Crunch 1 1/2 rows of Oreos and add butter and press in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix pudding, milk, cream cheese and sugar, then fold in Cool Whip. Pour over Oreos. Crush rest of Oreos and put on top. Cover and refrigerate.
