  • 1 lb. frozen shrimp (41 to 50 count), cooked, peeled, deveined and divided Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
  • Ritz Crackers

Directions

    Chop enough shrimp into small pieces to measure 1 cup; reserve remaining whole shrimp for garnish.

    Combine chopped shrimp, cream cheese, celery and olives in medium bowl until well blended.

    Spoon onto centre of platter or dinner plate.

    Shape into 6-inch round.

    Press reserved whole shrimp into side of spread.

    Serve with crackers.
