  • 3/4 pkg. Oreos, crushed
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
  • whipped topping

Directions

    Mix together cookie crumbs and butter.

    Press into oblong dish.

    Combine milk and pudding mix, stir in ice cream.

    Pour into crust.

    Chill to set.

    Top with layer of whipped topping.

    Crush remaining 1/4 package of Oreos and sprinkle crumbs on top. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
