Oreo Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Oreo cookies
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 gal. homemade vanilla ice cream (Blue Bell)
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Directions

    Take a 13 x 9-inch pan; pour 1 whole bag of Oreos in bottom of cake pan.

    Crush until broken up.

    Then sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar all over crushed areas.

    Melt 1 stick butter; pour over Oreos all over also.

    Then layer that with ice cream, by scooping ice cream out and layering over Oreos.

    Finish up by layering with Cool Whip. Cover pan with foil or pan lid, if have; put in freezer and freeze up to 2 hours.

    Then serve for when you have cravings.
