  • 1 lb. Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 c. soft margarine
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Crush Oreos in blender and mix with soft margarine. Put into 9 x 13-inch glass dish.

    Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Pour over crumbs.

    Beat pudding mix with 3 cups milk.
  4. 4
    Pour over cream cheese mix.
  5. 5
    Cover with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs.
