  • 1/2 c. softened butter
  • 1/2 gal. ice cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 small can chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans or peanuts

Directions

    Combine cookie crumbs and butter in bowl; mix well.

    Press into 9 x 14-inch pan.

    Then press softened ice cream into cookie mixture; spread with Cool Whip.

    Drizzle with the chocolate syrup and top with pecans or peanuts.

    Freeze until firm.
