  • 1/2 gallons Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Softened
  • 12 ounces, weight Whipped Topping (Such As Cool Whip), Thawed

    Coarsely chop cookies. In a very large bowl, mix ice cream and cookies. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread in a 13x9 pan and freeze until firm.
