- 3 lb. chicken parts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. rice wine
- 1 Tbsp. grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2/3 c. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. sugar
- cooking oil
Directions

1Bone chicken and cut into large chunks.

2Combine salt, soy sauce, rice wine, ginger and garlic.

3Add chicken to soy sauce mixture and marinate 2 hours, stirring occasionally, to coat all the chicken pieces.

4Mix cornstarch and sugar.

5Roll chicken in cornstarch and deep fry at 375° until brown and crispy.
