- 1/4 c. margarine
- 4 green onions (with tops)
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can chopped water chestnuts, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
- 2 cans beef bouillon
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine until tender.

2Add rice and brown lightly.

3Add the rest of the ingredients.

4Cover the baking dish with foil and a lid.

5Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

6Do not uncover during baking process.

7Let sit, still covered, for 30 minutes before serving.
