  • 1 pkg. Ramen chicken flavored noodle soup
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 4 c. finely shredded cabbage (not grated)
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • soy sauce

Directions

    Marinate chicken in soy sauce.

    Cook in microwave.

    Cool and cut into bite-size pieces.

    In a large bowl, break apart noodles; set aside flavor packet.

    Place sesame seeds and almonds on cookie sheet; toast in 350° oven for 5 minutes.

    Let cool, then add to noodles.

    Add cabbage, onions and broccoli; toss.

    In small bowl, combine flavor packet, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

    Mix and pour over noodles.

    Marinate overnight or several hours.
