- 1 pkg. Ramen chicken flavored noodle soup
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 c. finely shredded cabbage (not grated)
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets
- 2 chicken breasts
- soy sauce
Directions

1Marinate chicken in soy sauce.

2Cook in microwave.

3Cool and cut into bite-size pieces.

4In a large bowl, break apart noodles; set aside flavor packet.

5Place sesame seeds and almonds on cookie sheet; toast in 350° oven for 5 minutes.

6Let cool, then add to noodles.

7Add cabbage, onions and broccoli; toss.

8In small bowl, combine flavor packet, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

9Mix and pour over noodles.

10Add chicken and mix.

11Marinate overnight or several hours.
