  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions

    In blender, beat eggs real good.

    Heat milk to boiling point. Add to egg mixture, blending continuously.

    Add sugar, flavoring and margarine.

    Pour into 9-inch deep dish pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until knife when inserted into pie comes out clean.
