Ingredients

  • 1 head Chinese cabbage (nappa or savory)
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 2 pkg. Ramen noodles (do not use flavored)
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 2 1/2 oz. sliced almonds

Directions

    Cut cabbage lengthwise and crosswise (slice thin).

    Add onions and chill.

    Brown noodles in oleo.

    Add sunflower seeds and almonds.
  5. 5
    Saute until light brown; drain on paper towel.

    I do this ahead of time and store in plastic container.
