- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. slaw mix, chopped or shredded
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 8 Tbsp. slivered almonds (2 pkg. of 1/3 c. each)
- 6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 8 green onions (chop green parts also)
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles (do not cook noodles; do not use seasoning)
Directions

1Brown nuts and seeds in a little oil (or toast nuts and seeds).

2Cool.

3Combine slaw and onions.

4Combine dressing. Break up noodles and put on top.

5Pour on dressing.

6Add seeds and nuts.

7Let set 1 to 2 hours.

8Toss before serving.
