Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. slaw mix, chopped or shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 8 Tbsp. slivered almonds (2 pkg. of 1/3 c. each)
  • 6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 8 green onions (chop green parts also)
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 pkg. Ramen noodles (do not cook noodles; do not use seasoning)

Directions

    Brown nuts and seeds in a little oil (or toast nuts and seeds).

    Cool.

    Combine slaw and onions.

    Combine dressing. Break up noodles and put on top.

    Pour on dressing.

    Add seeds and nuts.

    Let set 1 to 2 hours.

    Toss before serving.
